We are living in unprecedented times as we all deal with the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19). I hope that all of you are doing everything necessary to keep yourselves, your families, and your communities safe. Our thoughts and prayers are with those who have been directly impacted by the virus. Most of all, we are extremely grateful to our nation's leaders and in particular, our health care community who are all working diligently to help us all overcome it.
That being said, I wanted to provide you all with an update on the steps we are taking here at MD2Rx in response to the COVID-19, including how it relates to our product and service offerings, and how we can help you, and business partners, continue to successfully run your business.
There are no changes to your ability to use our services during this time. Our company's standard customer support functions remain online and available to help during our regular hours.
We have been working with our service partners to understand any potential impact on their services in their local areas and currently we anticipate no disruption. Our MD2Rx Team remains available for onsite visits.
Service Partners: In addition to our standard code of conduct, all service partners have been instructed to follow the CDC's suggested hygiene practices, along with sanitizing all hardware before arriving at a job site to reduce the spread of the virus. We've also instructed them to forgo door to door and to rely on phone calls and other communication methods in compliance with social distancing orders. Lastly, they have been instructed to refuse any work and inform us if they show symptoms associated with COVID-19 or have reason to believe they may have been exposed to carriers of the virus.
As a Healthcare & Technology company, we've had employees working remotely since the founding of our company in late 2019. Beginning in the 1st of April, most of our employees made a transition to working from home to ensure the safety of our employees and their families. This was a very smooth transition and we continue to run our business as usual. As a company, we anticipate no impact at all on any of the services that you receive.
We will update this post with any major developments as we hope that our products and services continue to meet all of your business needs.
